Thanks Bethany, what an awesome way to start the day! This is definitely a complete body experience. I especially enjoyed the floor leg lifts to modify lunges. Can't wait to share the fun with family & friends.
ReplyDeletePushups are my achilles heel too. :-( I was doing a pushup challenge last year, but I fell off the train! I think I can only do 2 "proper" pushups on my toes. EEEk! You might be interested in the 100 pushup challenge. Google it. :-)
