Vacation Mornings

I really did have every intention on waking up and hitting the hotel gym this morning. My body was just not feeling it. I may get something in this afternoon, but we are going to be walking around all day too. Once we are up in Knoxville, staying with Clay's aunt and uncle, I should be able to get on a better routine... I hate treadmills. They bore me to death. However, here is a pretty decent workout that I do when I am on the treadmill:

9-10                1                     6 (or comfy run pace... I use 7 and 9 for this workout)

COOL DOWN: Walk at an incline (3-4) for at least 3 minutes.... Or hop on the bike, which is what I usually do because I am so tired of being on the treadmill.

I also got this great treadmill workout from Julie. I LOVE THIS THING.
