Just a quick recipe and workout. Finals are this week so I am pretty spacey... don't let the picture fool you, I am obviously not a photographer :) this was delish!
1 frozen banana 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened) Sweetener of choice Handful of spinach 2 tbsp of wheat germ 1 tbsp peanut butter 5 ice cubes
